Rearrange and titling

• The process of resizing and converting is rather slow, but it is needed only once.

• Rearranging and titling usually needs to be done several times before the results are satisfactory.

• Order and title info is in a separate file, ‘info.dat’.

• Changes merely require rewriting (some of) the index and image pages.

• A cache file with image properties further speeds up processing.
