Handle ‘voice’ pictures
A voice picture is a normal JPG file, with an additional MPG that contains a low-resolution still image, and a sound track.

Since we’re displaying the real image already, the sound is extracted to a separate MP3 file.
When showing the picture, a loudspeaker icon can be clicked to play the associated sound.
